What
a difference three weeks makes! Burnham swaps snow for Spring

Three
weeks ago, Burnham's seafront was covered was almost empty of
people after a dusting of snow but, in stark contrast, this weekend
walkers enjoyed balmy Spring sunshine in their T-shirts.
Temperatures
in Burnham reached 13°C on Sunday (February 26th), bringing
traders in the town centre an early Spring boost with an influx
of visitors.
The
mild conditions are almost double the average temperatures for
the time of year.
By
contrast, Burnham saw snowfall on February 4th, as we featured
here, and temperatures fell to -7°C on February 11th.
Forecasters
are predicting further mild conditions for Burnham this week,
despite cloudier weather and drizzle on Monday. Maximum temperatures
will be 13°C.
