Burnham Police ask: Have you seen these stolen mountain bikes?

-

Police have asked for the public’s help in finding two mountain bikes stolen from a Burnham-On-Sea home.

The bikes, pictured here, were taken from a locked shed at a property in Grenville Road, Burnham between 11.30pm on August 25th and 8.30am on August 27th.

“They were a Carraro K Race mountain bike, which is predominantly a silver frame with red flashes, and the other is a Rocky Mountain Element 50, which has a red frame with white and yellow transfers and a red and black saddle,” said police spokesman Wayne Baker.

“We are urging members of the public to be vigilant and are also urging second hand shops and cycle dealers to be on the lookout for the bikes.”

Anyone who has information to help the police investigation is asked to contact officers at Burnham Police station by calling 101.
