Burnham-On-Sea building firm enters administration
long-running building firm in Burnham-On-Sea has gone into administration
with the loss of more than 20 jobs.

Council and Sedgemoor District Council.

statement issued to local schools on Somerset County Council's
website from Helen Acreman, a Divisional Manager, states here:
"We have been advised that Boley & Skuse have called
in the administrators, therefore will not be able to continue
with the Term Maintenance Contract for repairs."
"Some properties will have either outstanding orders or part-completed
orders which will need to be completed by another contractor."
Sedgemoor spokeswoman added: "Sedgemoor District Council
are saddened to hear that Boley and Skuse have gone into administration,
as we have had a good working relationship with them over the
past three years, as the Councils small works building/repairs
contractor. If any employees need help or advice about opportunities
for re-employment, SDC will be more than happy to talk with them."
