Sedgemoor District Council says information about a 'possible
suspect' has been passed to its enforcement officers as it continues
to investigate who has dumped several tonnes of builder's waste
onto Berrow beach.

council, which manages the beach, said it will not hesitate to
take legal action when it finds who left the material.
council spokeswoman Sam Taylor told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Thursday:
"Information on a possible suspect has been passed to our
Enforcement Officer following a further incident reported to us."
