Music and magic will be offer during a night of entertainment for youngsters with special needs and their supporters in Brean this evening (Thursday, October 24th).

Kids entertainer Nutty Noah (pictured) will be among the acts providing entertainment at the Seagull Inn in Brean’s Coast Road.

A prize-filled raffle includes a trip to Legoland, signed CDs, plus donations from local firms.

The event is the brainchild of Kas and David Drewett from Highbridge, whose son, Callum, aged six, has XYY Syndrome, affecting his behaviour and ability to learn.

The Drewetts are holding the event to try and help other families in the same situation, make new friends and form a support network.

Fundraising from the event will go to the not-for-profit Escape Support Group.

To buy tickets for the event, which runs from 6pm-10.30pm, call Kas on 07970-348628 mentioning Burnham-On-Sea.com. Entry is £5 for adults, free for children with special needs and £1 for siblings.
