Singer and songwriter Liam, who was formerly the frontman of Oasis, called in at the award-winning Crossways Inn in West Huntspill.
The pub’s Jaime Wallace told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Liam was with a small group of people who spent about an hour having a drink at the bar.”
“He certainly took us by surprise, but it was great to see him here on his way to the festival. They seemed to both enjoy their visit.”
The Crossways was named Somerset’s Pub of the Year for 2013 by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), as we recently reported here.
