-

Highbridge’s Monarchs Gymnastics Club will be celebrating the opening of its new premises in the town this weekend with an open morning for youngsters to see what’s on offer.

The long-running club will be holding free taster sessions from 10.30am until 1pm on Sunday, January 27th, at its new premises at Unit 1B, Brue Way on the Walrow Industrial Estate.

The club will be holding sessions covering gym tots (toddlers and parent play sessions), pre-school gymnastics (3-4 years), acrobatic gymnastics (4-10 years), fun acrobatic sessions (11-18 years) and acrobatics for adults.

All sessions at the club are run by fully qualified British Gymnastics registered coaches.

Monarchs coach Mandy Warburton told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It will be a brilliant morning, with free taster sessions on offer to everyone.”

“The opening has been a long time coming and we are excited to be opening the new premises. Lots of families have been pitching in to help to get it ready and we really appreciate everyone’s help.”
