Burnham youngsters to hold cycle ride for Philippines disaster fund

Two Burnham-On-Sea youngsters are holding a sponsored cycle ride tomorrow (Saturday, November 30th) to raise funds for the Philippines typhoon disaster fund.

James Biddiscombe, 12, and his friend Oliver Davies, 13, will be leaving St John's Church in Highbridge at 1pm and finishing at Mark Church, supported by their families.

"We want to do this because we feel very sad about the plight of people in the Philippines and this is the least we can do," they told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

You can sponsor the boys by donating via their Just Giving page here. The funds raised will go to the Disasters Emergency Committee.
