New-look restaurant opened in Burnham-On-Sea

-

A new-look restaurant has opened in a town centre pub in Burnham-On-Sea this week.

Ben Solomon and Dave Yates, right, took over management of the Somerset and Dorset pub in the High Street over the summer and have spent almost £10,000 revamping their upstairs restaurant.

100 guests attended the opening of the new Signal Tower restaurant on Friday evening, as pictured here.

“We are delighted to have opened the new restaurant and have already had lots of interest and bookings,” Ben told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

The former skittles alley has gone through an extensive renovation programme and the 48-seat restaurant now has with a modern look with a railway-themed name and seaside-theme colours.

Dave added: “Our new menu boasts many exciting dishes that are a million miles away from the traditional pub menu downstairs. The traditional menu will vary from week to week to capture many different specials.”
