hosts three-day rugby festival at BASC Ground
2,000 people attended a rugby festival in Burnham-On-Sea over
the Bank Holiday weekend.
rugby clubs from across the country took part in the 15th annual
event, organised by Gullivers Sports Travel, at the town's BASC
Rugby Club's Under 13 side (pictured) represented the town and
played well over the three days, finishing second in their age
Neil Rayer told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We had a super turnout
of around 2,800 people - including parents of the children taking
part - who enjoyed a great weekend of rugby and social activities."
