TV returns to Highbridge's Oaktree Arena for speedway broadcast
Sports has announced it will be broadcasting live coverage of
a speedway fixture from the Oaktree Arena on the outskirts of
Burnham-On-Sea next month - its fifth visit to the track.
Sky cameras will return to the Oaktree Arena for a fixture between
the Somerset Rebels and Edinburgh Monarchs on June 11th.
"We are extremely honoured that the Oaktree Arena has once
again been selected to play host to the Sky Sports cameras,"
promoter Debbie Hancock told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Saturday.

produces excellent racing, a well maintained stadium, great facilities
and fantastic back-drop to the arena in Brent Knoll and the Burnham-On-Sea

here again for a fifth time in as many years."

mid-August, but with the match now having been brought forward
to the broadcast date of June 11th, it will mean that the Rebels
home leg of their KO Cup Quarter-Final tie against Workington,
which was due to take place on Friday 14th June will now be re-scheduled
for an alternative date later in the season.
