unveiled for 24 new homes on fields next to Berrow School
24 new homes could be built in Berrow if plans submitted this
week are given the go-ahead.
Limited is seeking full planning permission for the development
on land to the east of Rose Tree Paddock in Berrow.
plans are for the construction of 24 dwellings, garages plus the
formation of a new access area and 40 car parking spaces for the
school, and a childrens play area.
proposed development includes four 3-bed 'market' homes and eleven
4-bed 'market' homes. There will also be three 1-bed affordable
bungalows, two 2-bed affordable bungalows, two 2-bed affordable
homes, and a further two affordable 3-bed homes.
new 40-space Primary School car park would be located to the west
of the childrens play area and adjacent to the primary school
with a new pedestrian access created between the car park and
primary school grounds," says the developer.
