A pamerping and Christmas evening is to be held tonight (Friday) to raise funds for a new charity formed in memory of a Burnham-On-Sea teenager who died in September.

18 year-old Charley Marks took his own life and a new charity, In Charley’s Memory, is being created to support other young people with mental health issues.

Tonight’s fundraising pampering and Christmas evening will be held at The Oak Tree Arena in Edithmead from 6.30pm onwards.

“There will be beauty, hair, massage, aromatherapy, nail, cards, chocolates, cakes and gift stalls open to all,” said an organiser.
