line-up promised at this Friday's Burnham Farmers market
a dozen traders will be selling a wide range of locally-grown
food when Burnham-On-Sea's monthly farmers market returns to the
town thid Friday (June 27th).
market will be held in the High Street from 9am-1pm with stalls
offering local produce including pork, game, beef, vegetables,
cakes, cheese, pies, bakery items and milk.
co-ordinator Louise Hall said: "We'll have Cheddar strawberries
at the market this week, so come early to guarantee your share
of the fruit!"
Besley is one of the few remaining strawberry growers in Cheddar.

directly to the customer so can be picked at the peak of its flavoursome
