Burnham group’s harvest supper raises £500 for local charities

-

Over 80 Burnham-On-Sea Moose Lodge members and guests have raised hundreds of pounds for charity by holding a fundraising harvest supper.

The event, held in Berrow Village Hall, raised £500 for local charities with a tasty evening of successful food and entertainment.

Music was provided by the Burnham On Song choir, and a charity auction of produce overseen by Brian Saunders also proved popular.

Lady President Doreen Atyeo and Governor Mike Lang thanked everyone for supporting the event, which they said had been a great success.
