start challenge to complete 7 marathons in 7 days for charity
group of three runners from Burnham-On-Sea, Highbridge and Bridgwater
have begun their challenge to raise thousands of pounds for charity
by completing 7 marathons in 7 days around Somerset.
trio - Scott Woodberry of Burnham, Matthew Axe of Highbridge and
Tim Scarrott of Bridgwater - were cheered off by friends, family
and supporters on Burnham seafront on Saturday morning, as pictured
trio are running in aid of three charities: Petal - The Christine
Woodberry Memorial Trust which supports cancer sufferers, Leukaemia
and Lymphoma Research, and the Heart Foundation.
has been heavily involved in charity work over the past six years
on behalf of Petal that he and his brother and sister set up in
memory of their mum, Christine Woodberry.

£3,600 has been donated to the mens' charities so far, and
