pupil praised as a 'great ambassador' for town school
student Taggy Parrott has been hailed as a fantastic ambassador
for King Alfred School after excelling during her time on work
experience with a parliamentary candidate.
sixth form pupil helped out former soldier and Conservative politician
James Heappey in his campaign to win the Wells constituency at
the 2015 General Election.
13 student Taggy helped out with a range of duties including writing
press releases, arranging events and administration.
in June, Taggy co-chaired a Question Time with fellow student
Sam Harkness where she followed up by asking Mr Heappey for a
work experience opportunity.
a letter to the school's head teacher, James Heappey said: "I
recently had Taggy with me on work experience. What a fantastic
ambassador she is for your school."
of Sixth Form Jonathan Gaskell said: "Taggy is a tremendous
student and we are all very proud of her."
