Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and 1610 Sports Centre
and is aimed at promoting healthy and active lifestyles and weight

up' for this initiative and more are welcome.
Pounds is focused on those communities with the highest health
and social need, and who have high prevalence of overweight and
obesity levels whereby overweight and obese adults pledge to lose
weight over a four-month period as part of an overall community

with equal levels of funding - one pound for each pound lost -
