A group of Burnham-On-Sea dancers has taken part in a stage performance with two stars from the BBC1 show Strictly Come Dancing.
The youngsters from DanceFit, based in Burnham’s Love Lane, were invited to perform alongside Pasha Kovalev and Katya Virshilas during their spectacular Ballroom and Latin show at The Playhouse in Weston.
“Over 40 dancers from DanceFit aged from 8 years upwards took part in the show – it was our second year taking part and we were all absolutely thrilled to be asked back,” DanceFit’s Victoria Kaye told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The girls and boys all worked really hard learning two new routines ready for the show. It was a fantastic opportunity for all of the students to work alongside professional dancers.”
Victoria added: “It was a brilliant evening for our pupils and all of their friends and family that were in the audience.”
