A graceful fly-past by a huge Vulcan aircraft through the Burnham-On-Sea area ended the two-day Weston Air Show on Sunday (June 22nd).

The powerful aircraft flew over Burnham, Brean and Berrow during the final display at the popular show.

Record numbers of spectators gathered on Brean Down to watch the final day’s action following Saturday’s displays which included the Red Arrows.

Sunday’s displays also featured the RAF Falcons Parachute Team, the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, an RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, the Trig Aerobatic Team, a P51 Mustang, the Sally B B17 Flying Fortress, RAF Tucano, the Breitling Wing Walkers, a Canberra and a De Havilland Venom. The day also saw a parachutist collide with a spectator on Weston beach, as reported here.
