cost hike for Burnham concerts group prompts funding plea
group behind four open air music festivals in Burnham-On-Sea and
Highbridge have this week requested £2,500 of grant funding
from the Town Council.
Murphy, Chairman of the organising group CADS (Burnham and Highbridge
Cultural Arts and Development Society), spoke at this week's Policy
and Finance Committee meeting.
He explained to the committee that 2014 was the busiest year for
CADS and they ended the year with a surplus of £2,519 in
he added that insurance costs had soared from around £60
