An air ambulance landed in Burnham-On-Sea on Friday (March 20th) to help a resident who had suffered a suspected heart attack.

The yellow Dorset and Somerset helicopter landed in a field next to the town’s Tesco store in the Frank Foley Parkway, as pictured here.

Air ambulance spokeswoman Tracey Bartrum told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called to help an adult who had suffered a suspected cardiac arrest.”

The air ambulance was also called to fly the patient to hospital for urgent treatment.
