in CCTV appeal after alcohol stolen at Highbridge's Asda store
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying these
three men after a large quantity of alcohol was stolen from a
Officers say the trio may be able to help them with their enquiries
into the shoplifting incident, which took place on Thursday 23rd
April at about 1.45pm at the Asda store in Caxton Road.
"They selected various bottles of spirits totalling almost
£300 and then left, making no attempt to pay," said
a police spokesman.
"They then returned to the store in order to steal further
items, but aroused suspicion, so left the store empty handed."
CCTV images show three men who we believe might have some information
which can help our enquiries."
The first man is described as a young slim built man, with short
dark hair, and wearing a light coloured t-shirt, with a print
on the front. He was wearing dark trousers and trainers.
The second man is of an average build, with dark hair and facial
stubble. He was wearing a long-sleeved check shirt.
The third man is wearing glasses, a cap, and dark zip-up hoody,
dark trainers and is carrying a dark rucksack.
