A Burnham-On-Sea sports club has completed a £20,000 refurbishment of its facilities.

The Burnham Association of Sports Clubs (BASC) has just finished the major uplift of its facilities.

The work was funded jointly by the RFU, BOS RFC, BOS Cricket Club and BASC itself.

“The recently redeveloped clubhouse, changing rooms and new viewing stand demonstrate a strategy for continuous improvement,” said BASC treasurer Peter Gaylard.

“The BASC club house is a family-friendly facility for use by all BASC associates.”

The improvements also include electronic scoring displays for both cricket and rugby clubs.
