District Council has this week launched a new funding scheme to
help first time buyers in the Burnham-On-Sea area onto the property
first-time buyer loan scheme of up to £10,000 per applicant
has been made available with money from EDF Energys Hinkley
Housing Funding to help moves from social housing or private rented
properties in the area.
residents who are hoping to buy their first home can apply for
a subsidised loan to assist with a variety of costs associated
with buying a home.
you have lived in Sedgemoor for the last three years, a loan may
be available to top up a deposit or assist with moving costs and
fees such as solicitor costs.
