housing plans for Burnham and Highbridge to be debated
in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge are being offered a chance to
have their say on future new housing in the area.
towns' Neighbourhood Planning Group will be meeting to consider
possible policies on housing on Tuesday November 3rd at 7pm.
meeting will take place at Burnham-On-Sea Community Centre in
Berrow Road, next to the swimming pool.
Harvey, the group's co-ordinator, right, told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
"Sedgemoor District Council this week publishes its five-year
review of their planning policies."
have recently published their Strategic Housing Market Assessment
(SHMA) and their Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment
(SHLAA). These are both documents produced by external consultants
but usually have a significant influence on local authority plans."
