owners of Burnham-On-Sea's Manor House say the property is now
fully occupied for the first time in many years and has become
a 'thriving business hub'.
its acquisition in 2012 and subsequent modernisation, the majority
of the building is occupied by Watermark Wealth Management and
Marketstar Investment Management, which have continued to expand
their independent financial advice and discretionary investment
management services, employing 23 people.
2012/13 renovation also created four contemporary office suites
at the western end of the building which have now been fully let.
Jewell, Practice Director at Watermark Wealth Management, said
the property has been turned into a thriving business hub.

full use of space in the Manor House is great news for Burnham
with approximately 35 people employed at the site. It has been
a difficult 6 or 7 years for the UK economy but the success of
the Manor House clearly demonstrates that some local businesses
have weathered the storm and continue to thrive."
Clarke, Head of Operations at Archi-Intelligence, added: "After
nearly 20 years of delivering architectural/design services and
solutions based in the South West, we were actively looking to
source new premises. By a chance conversation, we were pointed
in the direction of Watermark and the Manor House - and the rest,
as they say, is history."
feel privileged to have the opportunity to work out of a fabulous
building set in wonderful grounds. Our new office space is exactly
what we were looking for as well as having access to a superb
first floor board room, where we will feel proud to invite new
and existing clients."
