Hundreds of visitors flocked to a fundraising Pamper Evening and Christmas Market on Friday to raise funds for a charity formed in memory of a Burnham-On-Sea teenager who died last year.

18 year-old Charley Marks took his own life and the charity In Charley’s Memory was set up to support other young people like him with mental health issues.

Friday’s fundraising event, which was held at The Oak Tree Arena in Edithmead, raised hundreds of pounds for the charity.

Visitors were able to try beauty treatments, and buy arts and crafts, massages, jewellery, nail art, manicures, cards, chocolates, cakes from a wide range of stalls. There was also a chance to meet Father Christmas!
