new Burnham-On-Sea store set to open this week
retailer B&M is making final preparations to open its new store
in Burnham-On-Sea this Thursday (September 22nd).
premises in Pier Street, which replaces the former Morrisons supermarket
that closed last November, will create more than 60 new jobs.
Mayor will formally open the new B&M store at 9am this Thursday.
Its contractors have been busy finalising the store in recent days
- new exterior signage is in place and the store's interior has
been stocked with new products.

independent shops alongside B&M. "They are the lifeblood
of our town centre and we encourage shoppers to continue to support
them," said a spokesman.
