A quiz night at Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Social Club raised funds for a life-saving charity in the town.
BARB Search & Rescue benefited from Friday’s fundraiser, which was well attended by supporters including Burnham’s former MP Tessa Munt.
The charity operates two rescue hovercrafts and two inshore rescue boats which are used in a wide range of incidents across Somerset.
The evening saw a fun quiz of six rounds plus a picture quiz, followed by a raffle, raising over £100 for the charity.
