Residents in Burnham-On-Sea after being asked to look out for a bike that was stolen by thieves outside the town’s Swim and Sports Academy on Friday afternoon (March 11th).

The bike’s owner, Harriet Dickinson, a local para swimmer, was inside the Academy in Berrow Road teaching when her black ‘Beartrack Lite’ push bike was stolen.

“It was taken from outside the pool between 1.30pm and 6pm whilst I was teaching. The bike lock had been cut,” she says. “This is my only way in to work and training. It was a gift so I’m understandably upset.”

Anyone with information about the incident or is offered the bike can contact Burnham-On-Sea.com here or by calling Burnham Police on 101.
