Burnham-On-Sea motorists warned to be vigilant after car break-ins

Burnham-On-Sea motorists have been warned to be extra vigilant this week after several vehicles were broken into.

One car in Jaycroft Road was targeted by thieves overnight into Tuesday (December 27th) and another was also broken into in the town centre over the Christmas weekend.

Two sat nav systems - a Tom Tom Go and a Garmin - plus a car radio were stolen in the Jaycroft Road incident.

Burnham-On-Sea Police have asked motorists to check that vehicles are fully secure and that valuables are either removed or not visible where possible.

Anyone with information about the break-ins that could help Burnham-On-Sea Police with their enquiries should contact them via 101.
