Part of Highbridge town centre came to a standstill on Tuesday afternoon (May 17th) following a collision.
Motorists experienced delays travelling along Church Street shortly after 4pm following the accident, as pictured here.
An eyewitness told Burnham-On-Sea.com that a car and van had collided in the centre of Church Street.
Police were called to direct traffic around the scene. There were not understood to have been any serious injuries.
