Photos: Wandering geese bring Burnham-On-Sea road to a standstill

Motorists were 'left in a flap' when a busy road through Burnham-On-Sea came to a temporary standstill on Sunday (July 3rd) due to a flock of wandering geese!

The gaggle of more than 16 birds landed in Love Lane and waddled along the road, oblivious to any danger they were putting themselves in - much to the amusement of drivers.

One nearby resident told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "Who needs traffic calming when you have these super birds about - their leisurely Sunday morning stroll was a wonderful sight!
