Bonfire Night fires for hedgehogs, warn Burnham wildlife carers
wildlife carers are warning residents to double check bonfires for
wild animals such as hedgehogs on Bonfire Night.
World Wildlife Rescue, based in East Huntspill, has issued the seasonal
warning ahead of the traditional November 5th celebrations.
said: "With Bonfire Night fast approaching, we urge everyone
to check their bonfire material before lighting it up."

tips of their spines were burnt off, while two others died.
