Burnham-On-Sea's Sailing Regatta action continues this weekend

Burnham-On-Sea's annual Sailing Regatta underway this weekend with a line-up of activities in Bridgwater Bay.

The event is being held over two weekends, with a wide range of gig rowing and yacht races taking place in the estuary and visible to seafront walkers and spectators, weather permitting.

The second weekend of regatta action continues on Saturday July 16th with a sailing handicap race at 3.45pm and a hog roast and music at Burnham Sailing Club from 6.30pm.

The final day of racing will be held on Sunday July 17th with a sailing pursuit race at 4.30pm to determine the overall winners, to be followed by the final prize giving. The opening two days were held last weekend.
