Knoll chef wins prestigious award at London ceremony
Brent Knoll resident has been presented with a prestigious award
at The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards 2016 in London.
Pring, who has been head chef at Bridgwater College for 15 years,
received the Public Sector Chef Award at the awards ceremony.
He was shortlisted as one of three finalists from the public sector
after being chosen from a large number of nominations from catering
arenas including hospitals, prisons, educations, military, public
and social services and staff restaurants.
Known as the Chefs Oscars, the Guild of Chef Awards recognise
and reward the hospitality industry's leading talent across all
