Burnham-On-Sea to licence associate vicar
Bishop of Bath and Wells led a special service at a Burnham-On-Sea
church on Sunday morning (December 18th).
curate of St Andrew's Church, the Reverend Sharon Eldergill, was
licenced as Associate Vicar of Burnham-On-Sea.
Bishop, the Rt. Revd. Peter Hancock, led the service, which was
watched by a congregation joined by many members of the community.
Graham Witts, Burnham's Vicar, said: "We were so grateful that
the Bishop could join us today to mark the end of one stage of ministry
and to celebrate the beginning of another stage."
