group of school pupils marked Ascension Day with a special walk
to the top of Brent Knoll.
children, parents and staff of Brent Knoll Primary left school at
8am last Thursday to walk up the Knoll to commemorate Ascension
the top of the hill, the children heard readings and prayers before
releasing a symbolic white balloon, and then descended to have breakfast
in St. Michael's Church with the Rev Simon Lewis.
