ambulance lands in Burnham-On-Sea B&M car park to help patient
air ambulance landed in the car park of Burnham-On-Sea's B&M
supermarket on Sunday evening (October 22nd) to help a casualty
ambulances were initially called to nearby Pier Street where a patient
was believed to be in a serious condition following a medical emergency.
Great Western Air Ambulance was also called to help and it landed
on the coach park at the back of the store, as pictured here, just
paramedics onboard the helicopter assisted crews from the land ambulance
at the scene.
police cars also prevented vehicles accessing the back of the B&M
supermarket to make the helicopter landing area safe and keep onlookers
air ambulance took off around 40 minutes later without a patient
onboard - the patient was treated by the land ambulance crews.
