Great Burnham Bake-Off crowns 'champion of champions'
Great Burnham Bake Off returned on Saturday 27th May when the search
was on to find the Champion of Champions.
final bake-off competition in its current format was held during
the tenth Burnham-On-Sea's Food and Drink Festival.
previous ten event winners were invited back to compete with their
winning bakes to fiind the contest's Champion of Champions.
Warren was crowned the overall Champion of Champions, pictured
above, while Dusica Roberts was named the Champion of Champions
for professional bakers.
Williams was judged to be the Young Baker Champion. The Hainsby
family was named the Champion Family, while Phil Harvey was named
the Champion Individual Baker.
Warren also won the technical challenge, while Isabelle Williams,
above, was judged to be the top Under 15 baker. Margaret
Smith, below, won the over 15 category.
Debbie March from the Retreat Caravan Park said: "We have seen
and tasted some amazing bakes over the past 10 competitions and
we saw the creme de la creme of entries on Saturday - a very high
