Pedestrian injured in collision with car in Burnham-On-Sea

A pedestrian suffered leg injuries after an accident in Burnham-On-Sea town centre this week.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the junction of Berrow Road and Seaview Road on Thursday evening just before 7pm.

Police spokesman Scott McPherson told Burnham-on-Sea.com: "A collision took place between a car and a pedestrian on the junction of Berrow Road and Seaview Road."

The pedestrian, a man, suffered leg injuries and was taken to Weston General Hospital after being paramedics by paramedics at the scene. The road was not closed during the incident.
