Fancy a free masterpiece? Burnham-On-Sea hosts 'Free Art Friday'

A new event called 'Free Art Friday' is being held in Burnham-On-Sea today where artists are giving free art to members of the public.

Burnham community group Hands Of Change and the team from Burnham's Spray Jam street art festival have organised the event.

The art will be left around the town this morning for people to find and is labelled 'Free art'.

"A couple of the Spray Jam artists, including Ian Boyd Walker, have kindly contributed pieces of their work, and our Hands Of Change volunteers have been inspired to create some too. It is not just paintings, but 3D art and needlework too," said one of the organisers, Helen Brodie.

"We are hoping people will post photos of their finds on social media using the tag #FAFBOS."
