stuck in water-filled ditch rescued by Burnham-On-Sea
firefighters were called out on Sunday evening (May 7th) to rescue
a horse stuck in a water-filled ditch.
rushed to Bristol Road in Tarnock just after 6.30pm when a call
was received from the animal's owner to say it was exhausted and
crews from Burnham-On-Sea and a specialist rescue crew from Bridgwater
were immediately mobilised, along with an officer and a specialist
rescue officer," said a spokesman.
