A Burnham-On-Sea has set off on a fundraising cycle ride across Italy this week.
Paul Dyer is taking part in a Venice to Rome cycle challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care.
He told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It’s a distance of 400 miles and I hope to complete it in four days.”
“A close friend passed away who was like a second mother to me and I felt I had to do this.”
“Macmillan are wonderful and have always been there for family and friends.”
Paul was recently at Burnham’s August Bank Holiday Monday Fete in the Manor Gardens, as pictured here, where he was fundraising with family and friends.
