King Alfred School music students to hold concert this evening

-

A group of music students from Highbridge’s King Alfred School will be displaying their musical skills during a concert this evening (Monday, July 17th).

The concert starts at 7pm in the main school hall, with an interval with home-made refreshments, and entrance costs just £3 for adults and £1 for children.

“There are some very hard-working students with a wide range of musical skills, nurtured both within and outside the school by dedicated teachers,” said one of the parents.

“There will be performers of an impressively high standard, alongside those just starting on their musical journey.”

“This is a good time to show support for the students at the heart of our community, and for parents of children about to start in September it is an opportunity to see what the music department has to offer.”
