Over 280 people attended Lympsham’s Harvest Home at the weekend as the seasonal celebrations came to an end.

The village’s traditional, long-running event is held every autumn and is one of several harvest homes held across the Burnham-On-Sea area.

The annual event was held in a huge marquee set up on Lympsham village playing field.

After the traditional harvest lunch, there were competitions, plus live music and entertainment.

Among the special guests were Pat Hancock, Laura Wall, Neil Chadwick. Burnham’s former MP Tessa Munt was one of the food servers.

Organiser Selena Luff said she was delighted at how the popular event had gone.
