family qualifies for World Triathlon Championships
Burnham-On-Sea family is set to make history when four members compete
for Great Britain at the World Triathlon Championships at the same
time this autumn.
Rogers are set to put the Brownlee brothers in the shade when father
Martin, 50 and his daughters Charlotte, 22, and Tabby, 21, and son
Oscar, 17, head for the contest in Rotterdam during September.
will be competing with top athletes from around the world, swimming
750 metres, running 5km and cycling 20km.
who works at Burnham's Swim and Sports Academy, has competed for
Team GB seven times and last year won the British Championships.
three youngsters have been training for triathlons since they were
young and have worked as lifeguards at the pool while pursuing sporting
