community groups have been handed a cash boost of nearly £13,000
thanks to fundraisers at the town's Moose Lodge and Burnham-On-Sea

the Moose brothers handing over £246, as pictured above.

from the ladies alongside a personal donation of £50 from
one of the Moose members.

of Burnham-On-Sea Memorial Hospital and cheques for £150 were
handed over to the Friends of Marine Cove, In Charley's Memory,
Parkinson's Support Group and the Fibromyalgia Support Group.
presentation evening was followed by a buffet supper, catered for
by the Ladies Circle catering team.
Circle President Yvonne Cornelius officially passed on the role
to Pat Burge, who will nominate a charity for the ladies to support
in the near future.
Burnham RNLI also received a donation from the Moose
Governor Ron Fisher handed over the reins to successor Jim Dolan,
whose chosen charity for the coming year will be Cots for Tots.
