MP visits booming Highbridge firm Offsite Solutions
and Highbridge's MP James Heappey has paid a visit to Offsite Solutions
in Highbridge to view the latest offsite technology as well as their
expanded production facilities.
the Offsite Solutions factory, whole bathrooms are manufactured
in order to be installed in apartments, student accommodation, healthcare,
hotel and care home schemes.
use of the latest technology by the offsite construction company
means that they are able to deliver their bathrooms faster and at
a consistently higher quality that would be achievable than working
on a building site.

the steel-framed and composite GRP bathroom pods.
Executive Director of Offsite Solutions, Richard Tonkinson, welcomed
the visit by the MP.
added that the company is in the middle of an important phase in
the development of the offsite construction solution business.
company has recently announced a record £30 million of orders
placed with the company in the first six months of 2017.
company has also revealed that they are part way through the ambitious
expansion programme that has been put in place to increase their
manufacturing capabilities in order to meet customer demand.
first two phases of the expansion plans put in place by Offsite
Solutions have been completed.
45,000 sq. ft. factory has been created in Bennett Way for the company
to double their capacity for steel-framed bathroom pods.
has also been a £1 million facility created to increase the
storage and accommodate as many as 3,500 pods.
forward there is a planned £3 million investment into the
companys production operations in Highbridge as well as in
a new and bespoke state-of-the-art factory.
